    Dr. Michele Slabaugh, CEO/Founder

    DBH, LPC-MHSP-S, NCC

Dr. Michele Slabaugh has transformed the twists and turns of a difficult early childhood and early adulthood loss into a driving mission: to use the “messes and misses” of life to flip the script and help others flourish. Drawing on 40 years of clinical expertise, she transitioned from nursing to behavioral health 18 years ago after experiencing her own healing through counseling. She brings a deep passion for working with clinically and socially complex presentations, has held senior leadership roles overseeing clinical operations and healthcare system transformations with multimillion-dollar budgets, and serves as an Adjunct Professor at Lipscomb University, investing in the next generation of counselors.

Recently relocated to Tennessee, Dr. Slabaugh is re-launching her passion project, Flourish Behavioral Health Services, where she supports whole-person emotional and mental wellness. Outside of work, she enjoys time with family, creative pursuits, and doting on Bogey the Pug and Pretzel the cat, with hopes of expanding her travel adventures.

Dr. Slabaugh sees patients by appointment in person and via secure telehealth, provides clinical licensure supervision, and specializes in complex clinical presentations using a nuanced, person-centered approach grounded in TF-CBT and Solution Focused Care. She is especially passionate about serving and empowering women and individuals healing from abuse, trauma, and high-control religion or relationships, as well as supporting those navigating marital and family conflict and behaviorally challenging parenting situations. She is currently accepting new patients and clinical supervisees with multiple payer, self-pay, and sliding-scale options.

    Maggie DeCampo

    LPC-MHSP (temp), pre-licensed Clinician

Hi, I’m Maggie. I have experience with a broad range of concerns including trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, navigating life transitions, and substance use concerns. No matter where you are in life, or how you got there, I hope to provide you a safe, warm, affirming space to begin your healing journey.

While I have experience, knowledge, and tools to help my clients, I don’t pretend to have all the answers. My role isn’t to tell my clients what to do; it’s to help them uncover what they want, understand what’s getting in the way, and build the tools and self-trust to move toward it.

My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration. I see therapy as a space where clients can feel safe to be their authentic selves and be met without judgment. My work is aligned to my client's goals, preferences, and comfort, and integrates evidence-based therapies with a genuine understanding of who my clients are and where they're coming from.

Whatever you're working through or toward, I hope to help you feel safe, seen, and supported in that process.
